Q - How much do you charge for boarding?

Q – Do you require a deposit in advance of a boarding visit?
A – A deposit is only required during peak periods: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and other Holidays.
Q - What is your cancellation policy?
A – We would appreciate your calling to inform us of any changes in your reservation. If it is peak time and you have paid a deposit, we need notice of at least 5 days prior to your drop-off date to be able to refund a deposit.
Q - While my dog is boarding with you, will he be taken out for walks?
A – We provide 2 to 3 walks a day (weather permitting). If your pet requires more or if you want your pet to have more yard time we will charge an additional $5.00 per walk per dog. You may prefer to have your dog enter our DOGGIE PLAY DAY program where he or she will be with our trained staff and other dogs.
Q – Are your facilities indoors?
A – Yes! We have a climate-controlled per resort. All of our boarding runs are indoors. New fresh air is circulated 5 times per hour for a clean environment. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Our outdoor walk/play area is enclosed by a fence.
A - Certainly! Bring along his favorite toys and blanket. Please mark them with permanent ink. His blanket will be washed before you take him home.
Q – My dog is on a special diet. Can I bring in his own food?
A - Absolutely! We have many guests on special diets and ask each owner to bring their special food labeled and divided into meal-sized portions. Refrigeration is available if needed.
Q - My pet is diabetic and requires shots. Can that be arranged?
A – Any medication your pet requires will be given as directed for $1.00 per dose. Injection medications are $5.00 per dose. Exclusions apply.
Q – Do you board pets other than Dogs and Cats?
A – Yes. We regularly board other animals. They must come in their own cages with their own food supply, bedding, litter, and medications if required. Cost is $12.95 per day per cage. These pets also get a lot of attention from staff members. Reservations are required.
